Banqueting

For all your banqueting needs the Hydro has a room that can cater for your requirements in comfort. Our smallest room holds 10 people, the largest 120 and in total we can cater for up to 300 people at any one time. Our room plans page gives all the dimensions and seating capacities for all our Banqueting rooms.

Freshly cooked local produce served with the care and diligence by a dedicated, helpful and friendly staff ensure that your banquet will be the resounding success that you want it to be.

Our extensive Banqueting menu selector (see attached) lists some of the dishes we regularly prepare. This list is not exhaustive and if you have a particular theme, recipe or dish our talented Head Chef and kitchen brigade will be able to create it for you.

For more formal functions we have the services of one of the countries leading Toastmasters and a wide variety of after dinner entertainment can be arranged from Discos to ten piece bands, Ceilidh, comedians, speakers, magicians and jugglers.
